Terms and Conditions for Dance Team Members
*1. Membership Requirements*
• Members must attend all scheduled practices and performances.
• Members must adhere to the team’s code of conduct and show respect to the instructors and fellow members.
*2. Fees and Payments*
• Membership fees are due at the beginning of each term.
**3. Once you are registered with NZSL Performing Arts Institution, you must not outsource yourself or share any information with any other dance groups, events, studios or any other equivalent organisations.
3.Hiring / Renting dance Costumes and Equipment**
• Members are responsible for the care and maintenance of costumes provided by the team.
• Any damages or losses must be reported immediately and may incur replacement fees
-Must return all the costumes on time and write on the registry
*4. Conduct*
• Members are expected to maintain a positive and supportive attitude.
• Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the team.
*5. Liability Waiver*
• Members must sign a liability waiver acknowledging the risks associated with dance activities.
*6. Termination of Membership*
• The team reserves the right to terminate membership for violations of these terms and conditions.
*7. Institution is taking part in 3 different types of Events
1. Commercial Event - Paid events
2. Promotional Events - celebrity events
3. Community events
All the members obliged to take part in all the types of events upon fair n equal for all the members depending on number of dancers that events needs and upon institution's request.
4. Absence
You are required to attend practice sessions regularly. Report to your mentor if you are unable to attend. This can be done by a text message or a phone call to the given number without delaying.
If you wish to take a leave, which is longer than 2 weeks, you are required to inform your mentor in writing.
If you commit to yourself for a show it’s very important to attend the event as institution is responsible for the events taken and if unable to attend need to inform a week prior. When sick needs to provide you medical as well if needed.
### Terms and Conditions for Costume Hires
*1. Rental Agreement*
• Costumes are available for hire
*2. Rental Fees*
• Rental fees must be paid in full at the time of hire.
• A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon the safe return of the costume.
*3. Costume Care*
• Rented costumes must be returned in the same condition they were received.
• Any damages or excessive wear will be charged to the renter / hirer / member
*4. Return Policy*
• Costumes must be returned by the specified date. Late returns may incur additional fees.
• Costumes not returned within one week of the due date will be considered lost, and the renter will be charged for the full replacement cost.
*5. Liability*
• The renter is responsible for any injuries or damages incurred while using the costume.
*6. Cancellations*
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund of the rental fees
